I was raised in Maine, and hail from hardy Maine stock.

In 2000 I received my undergraduate degree from Bard College.

I lived in the Hudson Valley for many years, where I started a small artist collective called “SALT OF THE VALLEY.”

In 2010 I received my MFA from the University of California, Davis and made my first book of drawings.

I lived in Brooklyn, New York for many years after that, working as a fine arts fabricator and making my second book of drawings.

I now live in Los Angeles with my wife and two cats and I am currently working on more books of drawings.
